Reportsmart offers homebuyers (and their mortgagor) the ability to search for an existing pre-purchase building and/or timber pest inspection report by address. If no report exists, the consumer can contact inspectors working in that service area.

Building & Timber Pest Inspectors

Reportsmart offers inspectors a free business listing so consumers can search inspectors by service area. To maximise exposure to consumers, inspectors can also upload their completed inspection report details (by address – similar to ACT government model).
